  • We ship USPS 2 - 3 day Flat Rate Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. If you need overnight shipping, please call us. Your order will be processed within 24 to 48 hours M-F. DOTTEES will notify you if an item is on backorder. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for all backordered items. At this time, DOTTEES ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does DOTTEES ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • We want you to be satisfied with our shirts and will exchange our merchandise for a different size or design. Size information for each shirt is very specific, so please be careful when ordering, and email us with any questions if unsure of your size. If you do have an exchange, please email us with the reason and send it back to DOTTEES within 30 days of purchase in it's original condition. Upon receipt, we will send you a different size or design. DOTTEES is not responsible for return shipping charges and will not refund shipping charges.
